Abstract

|
We report a case of Rumpel-Leede phenomenon. Rumpel-Leede phenomenon is characterized by erythe-matous, petechial rash. Rumpel-Leede phenomenon is mainly associated with hypertensive and diabetic microvascular fragility and thrombocytopenia. Most of Rumpel-Leede phenomenona are benign and do not require any treatment. Both the patient and clinician should be aware of capillary fragility, and should try to reduce the risk of complications.
